About this file

This document is an Assessor Past Performance Questionnaire for Solicitation Number M00264-25-R-0014, related to the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Operational Support Services (MOSS) contract. The questionnaire is designed to evaluate a contractor's past performance across four key areas: quality of performance, schedule performance, management performance, and cost control. Assessors are requested to complete and submit the questionnaire electronically by 23 September 2025 at 10:00 am Eastern Time to specific USMC email addresses.

The solicitation involves Command and Control (C2) training services for six Marine Corps training centers, with requirements including: (1) providing Marine Corps Program of Record C2 systems and Combat Operations Center instruction and curriculum services, (2) planning and executing collective battle staff training events, and (3) classroom computer network and audio-visual operations and integration services.
