Attachment #23 – Mission-Essential Contractor Services 7 August 2024
Essential Tasks:
In the event of an Operational Emergency, it is possible that JBLM will close its facilities temporarily to anyone who is not designated Mission Essential. The contractor will be notified by the Contracting Officer if this happens.
The contractor shall identify Mission Essential personnel by memorandum and send this to the Contracting Officer, Contract Specialist and COR.
Mission Essential Tasks: Tasks included in Attachment #01 – ICIDS PWS (SOLE SOURCE BRIDGE (6 AUG 24 v2) paragraphs 1.10.10 through 1.10.14, 5.0 through 5.1.1, 5.3 through 5.3.7 are Mission Essential. The tasks associated with the abovementioned PWS paragraphs are Mission Essential in order to ensure continued life/health/safety, code compliance, and to ensure the safety of JBLM’s population.
Essential Tasks will be performed on JBLM. Telework is not applicable for ICIDS IV
