About this file
This document provides specifications for developing a critical path method project schedule for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the VA North Texas Healthcare facility in Bonham, Texas. The contractor must designate a representative to be responsible for developing, reviewing, and reporting progress on the project schedule. Within 45 days of the notice to proceed, the contractor must submit an interim schedule and final schedule in CPM format, along with computer-generated reports and an electronic file with schedule data. The schedule must show all work activities with durations of 20 days or less, milestones, costs loaded to each activity equal to the total contract price, and responsibility codes for the contractor's work. The contractor must provide monthly schedule updates and computer-generated reports to support payment applications and identify any needed schedule adjustments.
