About this file
This document is a Trade Agreements Certificate form (DFARS 252.225-7020, Basic Version, November 2014) used in federal defense procurement to certify the country of origin for end products supplied under a contract.
The certificate requires offerors to certify that all end products to be delivered are either U.S.-made, qualifying country, or designated country end products, unless a national interest waiver has been granted. Offerors must identify any line items containing nondesignated country end products and provide the country of origin if known. The Government will evaluate offers in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Part 225 policies and will consider only compliant offers unless no qualifying offers exist, the qualifying offers are insufficient to meet requirements, or a national interest waiver applies. The form requires signature by an authorized company representative along with the company name and date of certification. This is a template document used as a provision within solicitations for defense contracts subject to trade agreement restrictions.
