It is understood that serious emergencies may prevent the contractor from meeting 24-hour emergency notification requirements. Testing sessions will not be held on federal holidays or military goal days. Exact days and times of services will be determined by the government representative in advance and may be modified according to changing program needs. Changes to the test schedules must be approved by the Education & Training Section Chief and TCO or ATCO, and must be advertised at least two weeks in advance.
