About this file

This file is a Schedule of Items for Portable Toilet Leases under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The spreadsheet contains a detailed listing of portable toilet equipment and related items available for lease under the multiple-award BPA solicitation FA524026Q0030 issued by the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces. The schedule specifies the types of portable toilet units, accessories, and ancillary services that contractors may provide, establishing the scope of products and services eligible for ordering under the agreement.

The BPA is structured to allow the Air Force to issue orders for portable toilet leases and related equipment on an as-needed basis. This attachment serves as the definitive reference for what items and services may be quoted, enabling potential contractors to understand the full range of deliverables required. Questions regarding the solicitation were due by September 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM Chamorro Standard Time. As a schedule document, this file provides the framework for pricing and availability of portable toilet lease options that successful offerors would need to support at Andersen AFB.
