About this file

This performance requirements summary outlines the key tasks and performance metrics for operating and maintaining a military gunnery range and training complex. Services include fabricating, maintaining, and operating range equipment and targets; providing preventative maintenance and repair; managing the range operations center; conducting vegetation control and real property maintenance; operating the aviation obstacle and vertical hazard database; and submitting required reports. Performance is evaluated monthly on core tasks such as range and target operations, maintenance, electronic systems support, and operational functions based on metrics including on-time completion, accuracy, and safety incident rates, with incentive fees or deductions applied based on performance ratings.
