About this file

This attachment is a detailed scope of work for janitorial cleaning services at the New Hampshire State Police - Troop C facility located at 15 Ash Brook Court in Keene, submitted as part of a bid package (Bid 3082-26) by the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services. The scope encompasses comprehensive daily, weekly, quarterly, and semi-annual maintenance tasks across approximately 4,690 square feet of facility space serving 41 employees, including 3,660 square feet on the first floor and 1,030 square feet on the second floor. Daily maintenance activities (5 days per week, 8 AM to 2 PM) include damp mopping, mat cleaning, trash removal, glass and mirror cleaning, lavatory and kitchen sanitization, low-dust desk cleaning, carpet spot cleaning, and floor sweeping and vacuuming. Weekly responsibilities include restroom scrubbing, disinfection, and high-dust vacuuming of upholstered chairs, while quarterly and semi-annual services encompass ceiling diffuser cleaning and floor stripping/refinishing. The facility contains 75 percent carpet and 25 percent tile/linoleum/ceramic flooring. All personnel assigned to this contract must complete mandatory state police fingerprint background checks and CJIS online training prior to work commencement.

The vendor is responsible for supplying all cleaning consumables except trash can liners and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper), and must coordinate facility access with state personnel during established business hours. Additional requirements include emergency daytime cleaning of restrooms and public areas on a per-event basis, parking lot and landscaped area maintenance including debris removal, and metal polishing of interior and exterior door hardware, handrails, and drinking fountains. The contact for the facility is Lieutenant Sean Eaton at (603) 358-3333 or sean.a.eaton@dos.nh.gov, with Michael J. Kokoski listed as an additional contact at michael.j.kokoski@dos.nh.gov. All lighting must be turned off upon completion of cleaning activities. This scope of work represents one of two locations included in the broader janitorial services procurement, with pricing to be submitted as daily and emergency hourly rates.
