About this file

Attachment 1B is a procurement document detailing experience references and equipment requirements for a commercial timber thinning and chipping project. The document requires bidders to provide detailed information about three previous projects completed within the last three years, demonstrating comparable size, scope, and complexity. Bidders must disclose project details including description, location, date, contract amount, project owner, and contact information, as well as their performance history regarding contract compliance, schedule adherence, and potential performance deficiencies.

The equipment section specifies required machinery for the timber project, including a feller buncher, skidder, stroke boom delimber, log loader, industrial biomass chipper, and dump truck. The document indicates a preference for rubber-tired equipment for roadside tree removal and track-based equipment for thinning areas. Bidders are required to list their available equipment and demonstrate their capability to complete the commercial thinning and chipping work. The agency reserves the right to investigate bidders' past performance, references, and verify the quality of their workmanship and service through independent contact and reference checks.
