T-AKE Aged Outstanding Requisitions Analysis
• MOR: Majority of outstanding requisitions appear to be MOR/DTO records. Managing these records employ minimal requirements as these do not impact on hand quantities or inventories. Validate material is on hand with workcenter or ascertain if the material requirement no longer exists.
1. If requisition status is shipped (BA/AS_): Process admin receipt
2. If requisition is listed on External MOV: Validate requirement and submit MOV responses as applicable EML: Address all outstanding requisitions for subsistence with Chief Steward and complete as required.
• STK: Validate material is on hand at location by conducting spot inventory. Inventory adjustments may be required depending on actions or results of spot inventory.
1. If requisition status is shipped (BA/AS_): Process admin receipt
2. If requisition is listed on External MOV: Validate requirement and submit MOV responses as applicable
