Specifically, offerors will be assessed on their certifications, qualifications, and relevant experience in designing and installing cathodic protection systems, particularly on military installations. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the government, considering these factors. Proposals are due by April 26, 2024 at 1:30 PM PST and should be submitted electronically to the specified points of contact.
