About this file
This document is a Cost Sheet for a State of California Elevator Repair and Maintenance Contract for the Sacramento area. The contract seeks to provide preventive maintenance, foreseeable repair services, and unforeseeable repair services for elevators, wheelchair lifts, and scissor lifts located in various state buildings in the Sacramento area. The contract has a total bid amount of $1,000,000, which is broken down into $500,000 for the Bateson Building, $500,000 for the CA State Library, and $0 for several other buildings that were deleted from the contract. The contract term is for 5 years, with no renewal options specified.
The Cost Sheet provides detailed pricing information for the various maintenance and repair services required, including hourly labor rates, parts allowances, and estimated hours. The pricing terms indicate that the state will only pay the fixed price amounts listed on the Cost Sheet, and the contractor is responsible for providing all miscellaneous materials and safety items needed to perform the work.
