About this file

This document is an Operational Control Document (AMP400-ENV-OC-2.4.3-CC) focused on Storm and Surface Water Discharges for Construction Contractors. The document outlines environmental management procedures for construction activities that may impact storm and surface water, with specific operational controls including compliance with OPDES permits, City of Oklahoma City ordinances, and MMAC Stormwater Pollution Prevention Policy. Key responsibilities are assigned to the Site Supervisor of the Construction Contractor, who must ensure proper training, implement environmental protection measures, and submit required documentation. The document requires annual review and provides guidelines for addressing potential environmental risks, such as land disturbances and construction material storage, with AMP-400 inspectors authorized to issue advisory notices if environmental protection measures are not maintained.
