STATEMENT OF WORK
X-RAY Screening Machines
1.0 Introduction
Defense Logistics Agency: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is an agency of the Office of the Secretary of Defense within the United States Department of Defense (DoD) headquartered at the McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC) in Fort Belvoir, VA. The DLA Director reports to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics through the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Logistics and Materiel Readiness). DLA provides worldwide logistics support for the missions of the Military Departments and the Unified Combatant Commands under conditions of peace and war. DLA also provides support to other DoD Components and certain Federal agencies, foreign governments, international organizations, and others authorized.
2.0 Objective
The objective of this acquisition is to provide x-ray screening to all personnel gaining access to DLA and DTRA Headquarters.
3.0 Scope of Work
To meet our requirements, the Contractor shall procure and deliver six (6) new x-ray screening machines inclusive of a one (1) year warranty contract, software, training and installation. Four
(4) of the new x-ray screening machines (A, B, C, and D) will be delivered to DLA Headquarters location by March 31st or before and two (2) new x-ray screening machines (A and B) will be delivered to DTRA Headquarters location by March 31st or before. See the Specifications/Description below for the six (6) new machines.

Warranty: One Year parts and labor on entire system from date of shipment
4.0 Maintenance
After the twelve (12) month warranty, the base period will start 12 months after warranty. The new contractor will be required to include three (3) twelve (12) month option periods for maintenance.
5.0 Training
The contractor shall be required to provide operational instructions on the new equipment upon completion of the installation.
6.0 Installation
The contractor shall be required to install all new X-ray screening machines.
7.0 Software
The contractor shall be required to include software with all new X-ray screening machines.
8.0 Warranty
The contractor shall include a twelve-month warranty for all new X-ray screening machines.
Warranty shall include one-year parts and labor on entire system from date of shipment
