About this file
This document is a Project Manual for a state construction project. It is issued by the Department of Public Works for the State of California, providing detailed specifications and requirements for the renovation and expansion of the Riverside County Administrative Center.
The project involves the construction of a 45,000 square foot addition to the existing administrative center, as well as the renovation of 30,000 square feet of the current facility. Key items include HVAC system upgrades, electrical and plumbing system modernization, exterior façade improvements, and parking lot expansion. Contractors must provide lump sum pricing for the full scope of work. Bids are due by March 15, 2023, with a mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for February 28, 2023. The contract is anticipated to be awarded by April 30, 2023, with a 12-month construction period.
