About this file
This document is an Attachment 1 checklist for the Elder Abuse Hotline Answering and Processing Service Response for the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) in the state of Massachusetts. The EOEA is seeking a qualified organization to conduct the intake of elder abuse reports, including taking reports over the phone, entering data into an online database, and contacting Protective Services program staff in emergency situations. The checklist outlines all the required submittal items, such as the Bidder Response Form, Proposed Budget sheets, Organizational Chart, references, and other relevant documentation. The contract opportunity is for the Elder Abuse Hotline Answering and Processing Service, with options for non-business hours and 24-hour, 365-day service.
The pricing and other salient details are not provided in the document, but it specifies that the submission must include a Proposed Budget sheet for each of the service options. The document also mentions that the EOEA reserves the right to deem a submission as unresponsive if any of the required information is missing or deficient. No further details are provided about any set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other contractual terms.
