About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) DD Form 1423-1 for the Training Instructor Operator Services Support II contract with the U.S. Army Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3). The contract line item is Block 16, with the requiring office as SFAE-STR-TSO located at 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826-3224.

The CDRL specifies three data items required from the contractor: (1) Contractor's Progress and Status Report (A001), submitted monthly with initial submission due 14 calendar days after the contractor's second full accounting month following award, then every 30 days thereafter; (2) Contractor's Personnel Roster (A002), submitted quarterly with initial submission due 60 days after contract award; and (3) Accident/Incident Report (A003), submitted as required within 72 hours of any accident or injury occurrence, with revised submissions containing close-out actions due 10 days after incident closure. All submissions require zero-cost receiving reports via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to the technical office, with documents formatted to be readable using Microsoft Office 365. Distribution is limited to Department of War and U.S. Department of Defense contractors only under Distribution Statement D or E (proprietary business information), with other requests referred to CPE ST3. The government has 7 calendar days to accept or reject each submission, and the contractor has 7 calendar days to respond to government comments and incorporate changes into subsequent CDRL submittals. The monthly progress report must include quantities of consumable items, usage during the month, anticipated 90-day usage projections, and reordering recommendations.
