ATTACHMENT ATT023_LaborCategories_Vol1
LABOR CATEGORIES, DESCRIPTIONS/DUTIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
TO BE INCLUDED AS PART OF
VOLUME I –TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
The following labor categories shall be used for all firm-fixed-price (FFP) AND time-and-materials (T&M) CLINs:

Qualifications/Education
Identify which Specific Task Areas in the Basic PWS are Applicable to the Labor Category (e.g. Cross-Walk)
Enter the proposed labor categories and the pertinent descriptions/duties and qualifications/education for each labor category. If more convenient, Offeror may provide a separate attachment for the descriptions/duties and qualification/education columns and insert “See Attachment” in the columns. Offeror also has the option of creating his or her own spreadsheet with the same columns. If creating your own spreadsheet, you are not allowed to substitute or add additional columns. There is no page limit for this attachment.
Offeror shall include ALL labor categories that it identifies as necessary to perform the full range of tasks included in the basic contract, Section E, Performance Work Statement, and identify the specific task area(s) (e.g. cross-walk) applicable to the labor category. There is no limit to the number of labor categories an offeror can propose.
