About this file
This document is a Small Business Participation Commitment Document (SBPCD) for RFP #N00421-24-R-0016, which is a draft solicitation for the NAWCAD WOLF Lifetime Support Engineering (LSE) procurement.
The SBPCD requires the offeror to provide their business size, identify any small business socioeconomic categories they qualify for, and detail their proposed small business subcontracting plan. The offeror must commit to subcontract a percentage of the total contract value to small businesses, including specific percentages for small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The offeror must also list the small business participants, their CAGE codes, business categories, products/services, and associated NAICS codes. The draft solicitation indicates this will be a full and open competition for engineering services under NAICS code 541330 with a $47M small business size standard. The government is requesting comments on the draft solicitation by 4 April 2024.
