About this file

This is a Fixed/Time and Material Price Narrative template for subcontractor responses to RFO N0042126R3006, a Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) procurement for Technical and Engineering Services (TES) supporting the Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Ship & Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division. The template is designed for qualified businesses holding a SeaPort - Next Generation (NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) to submit pricing proposals under the fixed or time-and-material pricing structure.

Subcontractors must complete administrative information sections including company identification (name, address, UEI, CAGE code), points of contact, and response validity dates of at least 180 calendar days. The submission requires enclosures of completed Section K clauses, System for Award Management (SAM) representations and certifications, organizational conflict of interest (OCI) assessments per KTXT.209-9511, and letters of commitment for proposed contingent hires if applicable. Subcontractors must also describe any deviations from the requested information and obtain authorization signatures from representatives. The document is marked as source selection information subject to FAR restrictions and is part of a draft RFO issued for industry feedback prior to final solicitation release.
