About this file
The provided document is an attachment detailing the Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs administered by MassHealth, the state's Medicaid program. It lists the various LTSS services covered, including adult day health, adult foster care, home health, and long-term care facilities. The document also outlines the MassHealth health plans, such as One Care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and Senior Care Options (SCO), as well as the state's ten 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver programs.
The related state and local contract opportunity is a request for responses (RFR) for the implementation, maintenance, and support of a software solution for digitized clinical assessments and workflows for certain MassHealth LTSS and behavioral health programs, with potential expansion to other MassHealth programs. The RFR is issued by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) in the state of Massachusetts.
