About this file
This document is an Attachment to a Request for Responses (RFR) issued by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) in Massachusetts. The RFR is for the procurement of a qualified vendor to implement, maintain, and support a software solution for digitized clinical assessments and workflows for certain MassHealth long-term services and supports and behavioral health programs, with potential expansion to other MassHealth programs. The RFR outlines the required project deliverables, reports, and plans that the selected vendor must provide, including functional specification documents, test plans, training materials, deployment and acceptance plans, and various maintenance and operations support deliverables.
The RFR requires the vendor to develop a comprehensive solution to support assessment workflows, operations, and quality monitoring, as well as generate CMS reports and project deliverables to allow EOHHS to monitor progress. The vendor will also be required to establish data exchanges with Health Plans and Providers, develop a robust training program, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the solution. The contract will be awarded for an initial term, with potential renewal options.
