All scheduled maintenance completed prior to due date; No B checks are over due ; The Contractor has performed very well in inventory controls and processes; No maintenance actions have bordered on being unsafe; There have been no major or minor Safety violations/ infractions; Staffing goals are met and future staffing solutions are identified; Contractor has exceeded many of the significant award-fee criteria and has met overall cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of the contract as defined and measured against the criteria in the award-fee plan for the award-fee evaluation period.

All scheduled maintenance completed prior to due date and future potential scheduled maintenance issues have been identified; No over due B checks; The Contractor has performed exceptionally well at inventory control and followed all procedures; Safety procedures have been followed; No major or minor Safety violations/ infractions; Staffing goals are met and certified mechanics/ drivers (if needed); Contractor has exceeded almost all of the significant award-fee criteria and has met overall cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of the contract as defined and measured against the criteria in the award-fee plan for the award-fee evaluation period.

The Contractor has been ineffective and unresponsive in controlling and managing costs; cost overruns have occurred that should have been identified. Over 15% of warranty claims not submitted or followed through to completion in accordance with the PWS.

The Contractor has been controlling and managing costs in accordance with the contract requirements; cost overruns have occurred that should have been identified, but have been minor. Less than 10% of warranty claims not submitted or followed through to completion in accordance with the PWS.

The Contractor has managed costs effectively, yet remained within contract constraints; No cost overruns have occurred. Less than 5% of warranty claims not submitted or followed through to completion in accordance with the PWS.
