This document is an informational briefing about additional sessions at the Mallette Training Facility (MTF) during the Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Advance Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI) on 22-23 April 2025. The document details two specific engagement opportunities: an Open House for the Product Lead Commercial Satellite Terminals Program (PdL CSTP) and One-on-One Sessions with the CECOM Software Engineering Center (SEC) Public Private Partnerships (P3) Program. The PdL CSTP open house, scheduled for 22 April from 1000-1100 EST, will address commercial satellite communications systems supporting U.S. Northern Command and Army needs. The SEC P3 sessions will offer 18 total 15-minute intervals across two days, allowing vendors to discuss potential partnerships, teaming agreements, and explore SEC's core capabilities in software deployment, cybersecurity, software testing, development, and enterprise resource planning.

Interested vendors must submit registration for the SEC P3 one-on-one sessions by 5pm on 16 April 2025 to usarmy.apg.cecom.mbx.sec-cite-p3@army.mil, specifying preferred date, contact information, areas of interest, and potential discussion topics. The SEC P3 program aims to sustain the domestic industrial base, enhance operational efficiencies, and foster public-private collaboration through a structured partnering process that includes evaluation, protection, pre-award preparation, post-award development, and contract execution. The sessions will be held in-person at the Mallette Training Facility (6575 Jayhawk Rd, Building 6008, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005), with a focus on potential teaming agreements and exploring SEC's comprehensive software and technical capabilities.

SEC P3 TEAMING AGREEMENTS

Purpose:

The Teaming Agreement establishes a collaborative framework between an industry vendor and the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC). This agreement defines the management and technical approach for jointly addressing government contracting opportunity.
