“The forecast data is for planning purposes, does not represent a pre-solicitation synopsis, does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal, and is not a commitment by the government to purchase the desired products and services."
Per “our” (fundamental side) Army SBIR PM Monroe Harden: “Ph 2 are usually CPFF. Phase III can be anything, since any contracting office can do a Ph 3. Most likely they would be a cost-type contract.“ All other SBIR/STTR PMOs left that line as-is.
In FY23, DEVCOM CBC received $19,128,894.23 for 42 actions In FY24, DEVCOM CBC received $8,512,775.14 for 24 actions (this looks low because FY23 funds ran out and FY24 funds were late being released -- therefore, FY25 will look much better as many efforts that would normally have been funded in FY24 were not funded until FY25). It may sound better to just combine the two: in FY23 and FY24, DEVCOM CBC received $27,641,669.71 for 66 actions.
