QuestionActionResponse
RFI #QuestionContactDatePersonDateDisciplineResponse
AWill CPARS/CCASS reports be acceptable in lieu of Past Performance Questionnaires?Rich Williams, 509-535-8718, Evco Sound & Electronics4/18/17Prinzing4/26/17ELECPlease see the information in L-4. The Past Performance Questionnaire can be used for references that are identified in the Offeror's proposal. CPARS/PPIRS evaluations may also be used by the Government to collect past performance information.
BAfter reviewing Amendment 2 it looks as though a lot of the same information in the “a) technical approach” is the same as the “b) experience and capability” section. Both sections ask for “how the work will be organized and performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the solicitation” as well wanting a “project work plan” and a “progress schedule.” It appears the only difference between these two section is the Experience and Capability section also wants a Quality Control Plan. I’m assuming you’re not wanting duplicate information in both sections
Rich Williams, 509-535-8718, Evco Sound & Electronics4/18/17Prinzing4/26/17ELECSection L-4 updated to change the language for Technical Approach and Experience and Capability. Please see revised sections L and M in revised RFP.
CIn B-2 of the revised solicitation, it reads “Either option item 1 or option item 2 will be exercised…..” Does that mean that option item 2 should include the price of option item 1? Or is it meant that, the government may choose option item 1 OR option item 1 & 2?Section B-2 language updated. Please see revised RFP. In addition, the period for the Government to exercise the Option Items has been updated to 5/1/2017.
1E0.1 Electrical Symbol Legend: System Plans lists the symbol for the speakers, and I assume that covers the masking speakers, but it doesn’t identify what the different symbols are that are shown on the drawings. An example, on drawing E2.4 there are “S” symbols shown as S1, S2 and with no subscripts and some with subscripts a and b. Can those be identified as to speaker differences/types and/or manufacturer model numbers?Rich Williams, 509-535-8718, Evco Sound & Electronics4/18/17Prinzing4/26/17ELECGeneral Note C on plans describes speaker notations on floor plans. 2E9.5 Phase 1 Warehouse 1-line block diagram there are sound masking devices shown on the 2nd floor but no 2nd floor, floor plan exists in the bid set. Networking equipment still resides in Mezzanine room 202 as shown in diagram. No fee charge
