About this file
This document is an Addendum #1 issued by the California Department of Aging (CDA) for Request for Proposal (RFP) Number RFP-2526-01 for an Aging Resource Directory, dated July 30, 2025. The addendum specifically addresses a correction to the Technical Score Sheet Sample on page 27 of the original RFP, focusing on the Experience section and modifying the point allocation for evaluating proposers' experience and qualifications in providing, hosting, and maintaining online searchable resource directories.
The addendum provides a detailed scoring breakdown for three key evaluation criteria: staff professional qualifications in online resource directories (10 points), staff resume match to project tasks (10 points), and the proposer's experience working with organizations to provide and maintain online searchable resource directories (10 points). The total possible points for the Experience section remains 30, but the point distributions within each subcategory have been adjusted, particularly in the third criterion where the point ranges for "Excellent", "Above Average", "Satisfactory", and "Unsatisfactory" performance have been modified.
