About this file

This document is Addendum #5 to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) #22-069-PW for the Oak Grove Lake Harriet Pole Replacement project issued by the Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) in Oregon. The addendum provides clarification on the materials required, confirming that the bidder is responsible for furnishing all materials listed in the Bill of Materials and that the poles are to be wood only. The addendum also strikes the word "steel" from the removal section, indicating that only the existing wood structures and associated hardware are to be removed and disposed of after the new pole installation is complete. The bid closing date remains May 17, 2022.

The ITB is seeking to replace damaged transmission poles in the Clackamas County and Oregon City areas. EWEB will reimburse the contractor for the disposal fees associated with the removed poles. No other pricing terms, set asides, or funding information is provided in the addendum.
