About this file
This document is an Addendum to ITB #22-069-PW for the Oak Grove Lake Harriet Pole Replacement project issued by the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) in Oregon. The addendum provides clarification on the pricing structure, indicating that the lump sum bid price must include the cost of poles and materials. Additionally, the document revises the project timeline, noting that the work must be completed within a three-week period during a scheduled transmission line outage from September 12 through September 30, 2022. EWEB may adjust the start date by up to three weeks to accommodate the contractor's receipt of long lead-time equipment or materials, but the overall duration will remain unchanged.
The addendum also clarifies that there will be some scheduled work at the power plant and substations that will be performed concurrently with the contractor's work, which will require coordination but should not affect the project timeline. The bid submission deadline remains unchanged at May 10, 2022, at 2:00 pm.
