About this file

This is Addendum 4 to a Request for Proposals for Banking Services issued by the Dodge County Treasurer's Office in Wisconsin, dated August 24, 2017. The addendum addresses a vendor inquiry regarding duplicate content in the RFP document, specifically noting that items 4 and 5 under Section 4.5 Company Background and History on page 21 are identical to items 6 and 7. The County's response clarifies that items 6 and 7 should be struck from the RFP as they represent duplicate points. The RFP schedule established a deadline for vendor questions of August 28, 2017, at 1:00 PM Central Time, with a final addendum for questions to be published September 1, 2017, at 4:30 PM Central. Proposal submissions were due September 5, 2017, at 4:30 PM Central, with potential vendor interviews scheduled for September 18–22, 2017, and Finance Committee approval targeted for October 10, 2017.

All inquiries regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing via email to County Treasurer Patti Hilker at philker@co.dodge.wi.us. This addendum was the fourth of multiple addenda issued during the procurement process, with previous addenda addressing questions regarding lockbox services, collected balance averages, and investment funds. Additional information and addenda were posted to the Dodge County website at http://www.co.dodge.wi.gov/Home/Components/RFP/RFP/6/384.
