ANSWER 1 The location/address and a time for Mandatory Site Visits are included in

Addendum 2. However, CCPS has changed the Mandatory Site Visits to

Non-Mandatory Site Visits in Addendum 3.

QUESTION 2: I am working on quoting the LTI on the large equipment bid out right now. Could you possibly get me more information on the below? A data plate for each or serial number would be awesome! I just want to make sure we are capturing all the accessories on these units.

Colorpoint EF5-CPA 5-pan Hot Food Counter. The food counter must include the manufacturer specifications.

Colorpoint Quick Switch Hot-Cold- Freeze Walls

$0.00

Hold Cold - Freeze Drop-In (NO COST

FOR THIS

ITEM) Included with the Hot Food Counter

Cold Pass-Thru Drop-In (NO COST FOR THIS ITEM) Included with the Hot Food Counter

Colorpoint 60-CFMA Cold Pan Counter. The cold pan counter must include the manufacturer specifications.

ANSWER 2a That information is not available for Item Number 22-23.

QUESTION 3: I wanted to see if it would be possible to complete the site visits the following week as opposed to 10/17-10/18. We would love to bid on this opportunity but I am away next week and unable to make the visits. Please let me know if this would be possible.

Thanks so much!

ANSWER 3 The revised Mandatory Site Visits are included in Addendum 2. However, CCPS has changed the Mandatory Site Visits to Non-Mandatory Site Visits in

Addendum 3.

QUESTION 4: On item 25 Advance Tabco Stainless Steel Work Table it says "FSS – Series, Stainless Steel Legs and Undershelf" but it doesn't specify the measurements. Also, the voltages are missing on majority of the items. This makes it hard to quote certain items, like item 12 because there's a price difference per voltage on this particular item.

ANSWER 4 See attached the Revised Cost Proposal Form attached hereto as

QUESTION 5: On Page 64 Section 1.1.4, it says "Proponent must conduct and assess the site to verify if the commercial equipment has the space and existing utilities to install the new equipment. If additional utilities are needed, Proponent must include the cost on the Proposal Cost Form and not in the RFP." This is not possible. Can we quote final connections with CCPS providing correct utilities within 4 feet?
