About this file

This is Addendum #03 to Bid Invitation 173-25 issued by the State of New Hampshire, Division of Procurement and Support Services, for the supply and installation of door access card readers at seven DHHS District Offices located in Berlin, Littleton, Conway, Concord, Portsmouth, Manchester, and Nashua. The addendum modifies critical procurement timelines, extending the deadline for questions, clarifications, and requested changes from May 14, 2025 to May 23, 2025, pushing the state's response date from May 19, 2025 to May 26, 2025, and most significantly, postponing the bid closing date from May 28, 2025 to June 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. All card readers must be fully compatible with the existing Honeywell ProWatch System, and mandatory site visits are required for all bidders, with work to be performed between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM unless alternative arrangements are pre-approved. The contractor must complete all installations within forty-five (45) business days of contract award.

Vendors must provide comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, with all pricing submitted in US dollars including delivery and installation costs with no additional surcharges permitted. The state will award the contract to the lowest-cost vendor meeting all specified requirements, and the bid will remain effective for 180 days. The contract is non-exclusive, with the state reserving the right to retain other contractors or make awards by item or portion of items. Interested vendors should contact Steve Burgess, the purchasing agent, at NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov, and must submit all changes noted in this addendum with their bid response. Complete bid documents and all addendums are available at https://das.nh.gov/purchasing/vendorresources.asp under "Bid and Proposals."
