About this file

This is Addendum No. 2 to a Request for Proposals issued by the Town of Orange Park, Florida, dated August 28, 2026, concerning Property and Casualty Insurance Coverage. The addendum clarifies key procedural and documentation requirements for prospective proposers submitting insurance coverage proposals. The Town of Orange Park is requesting proposals for Property and Casualty Coverage, Automobile Coverage, Fuel Storage Tank coverage, Police Officers and Firefighters Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage, and Workers' Compensation Coverage, with insurance to be effective October 1, 2026. The corrected proposal due date is September 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, with sealed proposals to be received at the Town Clerk's Office, 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073. Questions from prospective proposers are due no later than September 2, 2026, and should be directed to John Villanueva at jvillanueva@townop.com. Complete RFP documents are available for download from the Town's website at www.townoforangepark.com.

The addendum addresses four specific questions raised by prospective proposers. Proposers are instructed to use the NCCI experience modification factor information provided in the document "Experience Mod Effective 10-1-2026.pdf" for quoting purposes. All property, inland marine, auto, and payroll schedule information should be sourced from the primary RFP document titled "2026-01 Town of Orange Park Insurance RFP" rather than the miscellaneous supporting documents. The Town has made available copies of its current insurance policies, which have been posted and uploaded to the procurement portals under the file name "Miscellaneous." Prospective proposers must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 by signing and returning the acknowledgment page with their official proposal submittal. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged.
