The addendum modifies the original bidding schedule to add a second Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit and extends the bid submission deadline. Bidders are required to attend at least one Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit to qualify for submission. The first meeting was held on April 12, 2019, and a second mandatory meeting for those who did not attend the initial session is scheduled for April 16, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. MST/MDT at 1001 E 62nd Avenue, Main Building, West Entrance, Denver, CO 80216. The meeting location is a secure building requiring sign-in at the Security Office with picture identification. Prospective bidders must submit written inquiries by April 18, 2019, at 3:00 P.M., with responses published on April 19, 2019 (estimated). The bid submission deadline is April 25, 2019, at 3:00 P.M., with an estimated state contract award date of April 30, 2019. Bidders must be present for the complete site visit to view work locations and determine equipment and timeframe requirements.

The addendum specifies that bidders must arrive on time for the pre-bid meeting and site visit, with late attendees potentially excluded from participation. Bidders are responsible for providing their own transportation, though public parking is available. In the event of inclement weather, bidders must contact the purchasing agent at 303-866-3752 between 7:30 A.M. and 8:30 A.M. on the day of the site visit to verify the schedule. Bidders will not be permitted to revisit the site after the scheduled walk-through. Questions arising from the walk-through site visit and specification review must be submitted in writing to be formally considered, with responses provided only in written format. All dates referenced are preliminary and subject to revision by the state. This addendum constitutes a material change requiring signed acknowledgment from bidders' authorized agents.
