About this file

This is an addendum to a bid invitation issued by the State of New Hampshire, Division of Procurement and Support Services, for the procurement of an Aerial Lift and Sign Body and Service Body with supply and installation services. Addendum #02, dated May 23, 2025, clarifies specifications regarding the chassis that will be used for the aerial lift and service body attachments. The addendum addresses a bidder question regarding engine and transmission specifications, confirming that the chassis will be equipped with either a Ford 6.8L or 7.3L V8 gas engine paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission. The bid closing date is June 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The addendum notes that the only anticipated difference between the two chassis configurations will be the 60" center of area (C.A.) versus 84" C.A. dimensions.

The addendum emphasizes that all changes noted within it supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with the bid submission. All other specifications remain unchanged and valid. Bidders are directed to visit the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services website for the complete bid documents and all addendums. The purchasing agent is Lincoln Adams, who can be contacted via email at NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov. Respondents must provide their business name, address, contact information, and signature with their bid submission to be considered compliant with the solicitation requirements.
