About this file

Summary

This is a Combined Proposer Certifications and Affidavits document related to the City of Cocoa's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System procurement in Florida. The document establishes the formal certifications and sworn statements required from vendors submitting proposals for this modern, cloud-based ERP solution. The procurement seeks a qualified vendor or lead vendor to provide a comprehensive, integrated SaaS or cloud-hosted platform incorporating core modules for financial management, human capital management, utility billing and customer service, community development, and asset and work order management. The successful respondent must deliver a turnkey implementation including project management, data migration from legacy systems, system configuration, staff training, and post-go-live support, with the system requiring cloud-native architecture, proven security and disaster recovery capabilities, open APIs, and seamless integration with existing City GIS infrastructure.

The affidavits and certifications contained in this document require proposers to attest to their qualifications, financial stability, compliance with applicable laws, and adherence to ethical business practices. These certifications serve as binding declarations that vendors meet the City's requirements and standards for this enterprise-level systems implementation. The document establishes the formal commitments vendors must make regarding their ability to perform the scope of work, comply with procurement regulations, and fulfill all contractual obligations throughout the implementation and support phases of the ERP system deployment.
