About this file
This is a sample call order form template for CAD vectorization services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District. The form establishes the structure for ordering drawing vectorization work, where contractors convert 2D drawings into MicroStation CONNECT, AutoCAD 2023, or AutoCAD 2025 format. Call orders include line items specifying drawing quantities, timelines (ranging from 5 days to 5 weeks in the sample), unit costs, and total estimated costs, with pricing derived from the underlying BPA's FY26 price schedule.
The form details comprehensive technical specifications for vectorization work, including requirements for line colors, weights, text formatting (Arial font at specified heights), layer/level naming conventions (E-DIAG-GRPH for electrical components, M for mechanical, S for structural, G for general notes), dimension styling, and smart-line formatting for schematics. Deliverables must be submitted to specified government points of contact (Bridget Bell as technical POC, Quenton Chocktoot and Andre Jovanovic as CORs) within 24 hours of completion via email, with invoicing submitted to the same contacts. The template accommodates project-specific information fields for district designation, project title, location, and delivery timelines, making it applicable across multiple Portland District operating projects under the broader BPA structure.
