About this file
This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which specifies a single data item requirement for contract FD2060260041 awarded to C5 for the 409th SCMS/GUMA. The required data item is an Item Unique Identification (UID) Marking Plan (Data Item Number A/B/C/D/E006), with a category of Management (MGMT) and a price group of NSP (Not Separately Priced) at $0.00 estimated cost. The contractor must submit the UID Marking Plan digitally to the Procuring Contract Officer (Stacylee Johnson), DCMA/ACO, Program Manager Jessica (McKenzie) Grinstead, and Engineer Yohanes (Andrew) Tendean within 10 working days after contract award. The plan requires Government acceptance/comments/rejection within 10 working days of receipt, and the contractor's final submission must be completed within 10 working days of receiving Government comments, with acceptance required prior to formal distribution. Any changes to the UID Marking Plan during contract performance must be submitted in revised form following the same procedures. The document references the Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81803A for format and content specifications, which should be accessed at https://quicksearch.dla.mil/qsSearch.aspx. Distribution of the final plan is authorized to U.S. Government agencies and contractors for administrative or operational use, with other requests to be referred to the contract management team at AFSC/PZAAB in Robins AFB, Georgia. Two copies total are to be delivered: one to the Engineer and one to the PM, with distribution also to PCO and DCMA/ACO.
