Tracy:
CLIN 0004T, Existing outdoor electrical equipment and material has been added, however the original CLIN 0021T Existing outdoor electrical equipment and material is still there, however with new # 0022T. There are 2 CLINS for the same cost items, which one are we to use?
Answer: Bid schedule has been updated, and spec section updated
The revised Tracy spec, Div 9, section B.6, now requires separate bid schedule reporting for “500 kcmil shielded 600V insulated conductors”, however there is no bid schedule item for this on the revised (nor original) bid schedule.
Answer: Bid schedule has been updated, and spec section updated
Div 9, section B.7 seems to indicate to include (among others) shielded control & communications cables in this CLIN (0015T), however there are separate CLINs for control & communications cables (0017T & 0018T). Please clarify where these should be accounted for.
Answer: Spec has been updated
Livermore:
CLIN “0004L Existing outdoor electrical equipment and material” has been added, however the original CLIN 0017L Existing outdoor electrical equipment and material is still there, however with new # 0018L. There are 2 CLINS for the same cost items, which one are we to use?
Answer: Bid schedule has been updated, and spec section updated
Olinda:
CLIN “0004D Existing outdoor electrical equipment and material” has been added, the original CLIN 0026D Existing outdoor electrical equipment and material has been deleted so this one should be good as is.
Answer: Bid schedule has been updated
Div 9, section B.10 seems to indicate to include (among others) shielded control & communications cables in this CLIN (0019D), however there are separate CLINs for control & communications cables (0021, 22 & 23D). Please clarify where these should be accounted for.
