NOTES:
1. The Craft Foreman Classification Wage Rate will be calculated @ 112.5% of their respective Classification Wage Rate
2. The Laborer Foreman Classification Wage Rate will be calculated @ 112.5% of the Laborer Classification Wage Rate
3. Pension costs per hour will be calculated on all hours worked on all employees
4. Effective 5-16-09, Millwrights have a contribution to the Management Industry Promotion Fund of $0.05/hour
5. Effective 1-1-19 and pursuant to the Funding Rehabilitation Plan of the Laborers' National Pension Fund, the contribution rate shall be increased by 8.5% to the rate of $6.03 per hour. On each January 1 thereafter, the contribution rate shall be increased by an additional 8.5% until a total of ten (10) such rate increases have been made.
6. Painters' Pension will be increased $0.25 on 5-16-19 and an additional $0.25 on 5-16-20
7. Carpenters' Pension will be increased $0.25 on 5-16-20
8. Effective 5/16/18, an additional $2.05/hr to be deducted from Operating Engineer wages and continue for the duration of the CBA. Such additional $2.05/hr will be combined with the existing Operating Engineer $5.45 H&W rate such that the company will remit to the union $7.50/hr, combined, for Operating Engineer H&W for the duration of the CBA.
