About this file

This document is a Special Notice regarding the Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Development Program Destination and Payload Safety Technical Interchange Meeting hosted by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center.

The purpose of this two-day event on August 13-14, 2024 is for NASA to outline safety best practices, lessons learned, and core activities and processes needed to support safe operations and utilization of commercial LEO destinations. The event will not have a virtual attendance option, and each company is limited to 5 in-person attendees. Interested parties must RSVP by August 9, 2024 by submitting the required information to the provided email address. NASA reserves the right to share all information received with the Commercial Low-Earth Orbit Development Program and other NASA program stakeholders, and to use the information in formulating its CLDP strategy.
