Project 24694: Building 98 Engine Components Research Lab Demolition
Bidding Schedule
The Bidding Schedule shall be completed by the Contractor and will be considered a part of the Construction Project Proposal (CPP).
Base Bid
The fixed price amount for furnishing all services, labor, and material for work delineated in attached project documents [excluding option item(s)].
Total Firm Fixed Price
The total firm fixed price of this contract including base bid (amount in words):
Determination of the Best Value
(a) The Government will evaluate offers and make the determination of the Best value on a basis of the aggregate offers for items:
Base.
(b) The Government will reject a proposal as non-responsive a proposal that is not made on all of the items specified in paragraph (a).

Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work
The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 120 Days after the notice to proceed is issued. Any Options exercised after Award of Contract shall be exercised within the period of performance of this contract.
