Subject: Project 24694: Building 98 Engine Components Research Lab Demolition
An invitation is extended to your firm to submit a Construction Project Plan (CPP) for the subject project order number.
1. Pre-Bid Questions: All pre-bid questions must be submitted in writing to the CO (Robert.T.Spangler@NASA.gov) no later than TIME (local time) Day, Month Date, Year.
2. CPP Content:
a. Detailed Construction Cost Estimate (include total construction cost)
b. Subcontractor Competition
c. Construction Schedule
d. Implementation Plan (identify challenges or concerns, including environmental issues)
e. Acknowledgment of ALL Addendums
f. Completion of the attached Bid Schedule Form
3. Additional Considerations: Contractor’s CPP shall be valid for ninety (90) calendar days for Government acceptance after the date offers are due.
4. CPP Submission: Your CPP shall be submitted to the COR by Day, Month Date, Year at TIME
