This document is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Schedule of Materials Stored form (HUD-51003), designed to support periodic estimates for partial payment in public housing construction projects. The form provides a standardized method for contractors to document and report materials stored on-site, with provisions for listing item numbers, descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and total prices.
