Questions:
1. Attachment 2 - Proposal Intent Response Form states that the form should be submitted by 3/17/2023. Is this correct?
Answer: No, the 3/17/2023 date is not correct, the correct date should reflect 4/29/2024.
2. The place of performance is listed as Bethesda, Maryland. With an understanding that some meetings will be held in Bethesda Maryland and require contractor support on site, is there a daily requirement for the contractor to be on-site at the Government location to properly execute the contract?
Answer: No, the contractor is not expected to be on site at the government location daily. The contractor is expected to be on site during the day of the event to provide support as needed.
3. The USA spend data on the incumbent contract 75N95019C00023 appears to indicate over $9M in unpaid obligations, potentially over $9M in unpaid invoices.

a. Can your office provide any insight into why this is?
Answer: We are unable to comment on another contractor’s invoices. However, please note that the contract period occurred during COVID and a considerable portion of the work may not have materialized.
b. Have any considerations been made to mitigate this type of issue on the next contract?
Answer: Please reference the response for 3.a.
4. Regarding the venue for the event, is it a requirement for the contractor to have their own facility, or are we permitted to lease an event space, such as a hotel event space?
Answer: Most of the events will take place at a government owned facility, if federal space is not available the contractor may be asked to search for commercial space. The contractor is not required to have their own facility.
5. Could you provide clarity on the timeline for payment processing for the awarded contractor?
Answer: Payment terms will be in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act.
