About this file

The document is a Request for Information (RFI) response spreadsheet for a Fort Thompson Duplex Construction project by the Indian Health Service (IHS). The RFI contains nine technical questions related to construction details, including inquiries about waterproofing membrane materials, appliance specifications, window shades, floor assembly options, structural framing, party wall construction, and confirmation of stair presence.

The associated federal contract opportunity is a 100% set-aside solicitation (No. 75H70125R00076) for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under NAICS code 236116. The project involves constructing one duplex building for staff quarters in Fort Thompson, South Dakota, with an option for a second duplex. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract with a 365-calendar day performance period. The procurement will use a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method, and TERO fees apply to the project.
