Grand Gedeh and River Gee counties, we are writing to request details on the type of treatment that will be applied to the roofing and ceiling members timbers, including sizes 2"x2", 2"x4", and 2"x6". Understanding the specific treatment processes is crucial for us to prepare an accurate and competitive bid.

Answer 1: Description in River Gee BOQ lines 21, 22 & 23 and Grand Gedeh BOQ lines 17, 18

19 & 22 will be revised to reflect the following:

Question 2: The BOQ didn’t capture removal of existing windows at River Gee.

Answer 2: Description in River Gee BOQ lines 32 & 33 has been revised to state: Replace window W1, and window W2, so that prices quoted can cover the removal.
