In both the 3-BR and 4-BR Proof-of-Concept (POC) plans kitchens are “C” or “U”-shaped.

The kitchen area shown on the RFP proof-of-concept plans is approximately 192 NSF. Area may change with final design plan configuration.

Pantry Storage Wall:

Both the 3-BR and 4-BR RFP proof-of-concept plans feature a pantry storage wall across from the kitchen configuration.

2. Number of Occupants:

Normal: Up to 4 occupants.

3. Adjacency/Operational Accessibility/View:

The kitchen and pantry must be adjacent to the dining area and the family/living area. Location should provide immediate access to both areas. The kitchen shall be open to the family/loving room areas and, depending on plan layout, may be open to the dining area. The leg of the kitchen cabinetry shared with the family/living room shall be designed with an approximately
