About this file
This document contains questions and answers related to a solicitation for multi-facility detention services in Texas. The solicitation seeks turnkey detention facilities within the Houston and San Antonio areas of responsibility that can provide housing, medical care, transportation, and other daily needs for ICE detainees. Offerors must propose existing or renovated contractor-owned facilities that are ready at contract start. Transportation services are also required between facilities in the two areas. The document provides clarification on issues like how to structure pricing for tiered per diem rates, historical airlift volumes, and whether proposed staffing meets relief requirements. Medical bed quantities and functions are also clarified.
