The permit authorizes work including roadway widening, drainage system installation, traffic signal installation, stone masonry, traffic control, and signing and pavement marking installation on State Route 2016, Segment 0010, from offset 0000 to 0900. The permit was issued on September 26, 2025, and expires on September 26, 2026. The permittee must use 2A coarse aggregate backfill material per specifications and ensure mud, silt, and debris are removed from vehicles before entering the highway. A follow-up Traffic Signal Permit submission is required before construction, including scaled plans, CAD files, Synchro files, and supporting documentation such as traffic signal design studies and ADA ramp plans. The permittee is responsible for hiring a design consultant for signal field inspections, pole spots, timing adjustments, TSAMS updates, and as-built plans with CAD files. Related sealed bid proposals for the project are due February 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM via PennBid, with an estimated project cost of $100.00 for plan and specification documents.
